Below are instructions for accessing the Portal for entering in your trips. Your username is your email and your password is; express.
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this information. Thank you for your time. If you have any other individuals who would like access to enter and view trips, please send me their email address and I would be happy to give them access and send instructions.
To enter an order go to the order entry page and complete the sections. To cancel an order go to tracking click on the tracking number scroll down to the end of the page and click cancel order. Please let me know if you have any problems. Most of our customers prefer to enter in their own trips. Also, if you want to see when your patient was picked up go to tracking click on the tracking number and it will say "in transit" and when the driver cleared it will say "delivered." I hope you find it is easier. If you want to make sure you entered your trip correctly after you enter the trip go to tracking and review your trip. Again, please call me with any questions.
