If you find that an existing location that you've previously entered for the purpose a collection or delivery point uses the same name, contact information, and address as that of a new customer, then you may follow these steps to create new customer record:
- Start OnTime Management Suite.
- Go to the Locations list.
- Right-click on the desired location record and choose Create Customer from This Location.
- You will find the new customer record in the Customers list and from there, as with any new customer, you will need to open the record to adjust and configure the customer's specific options and settings.
