Using the Invoice List to Verify Paid Invoice and Resolve Discrepancies

By default, the Invoices list shows only Open (unpaid) invoices. Follow these steps to review all invoices, including those that have been paid:
  1. Go to the Invoices list in the Billing area of OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Above the invoice list, locate the Filter drop-down list. Change the Filter to Show All Invoices.
  3. In the Invoices list, locate the Balance column and sort it by clicking on the column's header label.
  4. Once sorted, you can quickly review and verify all paid invoices with a zero balance. This makes it easier to find negative balances, which could indicate a payment entry error, customer credit, or other invoice discrepancies.
