By default, the Invoices list shows only Open (unpaid) invoices. Follow these steps to review all invoices, including those that have been paid:
- Go to the Invoices list in the Billing area of OnTime Management Suite.
- Above the invoice list, locate the Filter drop-down list. Change the Filter to Show All Invoices.
- In the Invoices list, locate the Balance column and sort it by clicking on the column's header label.
- Once sorted, you can quickly review and verify all paid invoices with a zero balance. This makes it easier to find negative balances, which could indicate a payment entry error, customer credit, or other invoice discrepancies.
