If you experience difficulty synchronizing with the OnTime services, check your latest synchronization results for useful troubleshooting information.
To view your recent synchronization results, follow these steps:
- Open OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch.
- Select the Data tab.
- Beside the option to manage sync log files, you will find Last Synchronization Results.
The logs can be analyzed, or if further assistance is required, shared with the OnTime support team.
