Shipping labels, waybills, and bills of lading may be printed within the OnTime Customer Web Portal. To locate these printing options after an order has been submitted, follow these steps:
- From within the OnTime Customer Web Portal go to the Tracking page.
- Locate the desired order and click the Tracking Number link.
- This will open the order’s detail page, and near the bottom of the page, you will find the buttons labeled View Shipping Label, View Waybill, and View Bill of Lading.
- Clicking the buttons will open the page where you will find the printing options which may vary based upon the Report Output Type that has been selected in OnTime Management Suite.
