Older data in an OnTime account may be archived by setting the account's archive date. Once set, only common data created from the archive date forward will be displayed. Older data will not be synchronized or displayed.
To set an account's archive date, follow these steps:
- Open OnTime Management Suite.
- Select the Data tab.
- Choose the Archive Settings option from the right side of the top toolbar.
- Set your archive date.
Note: Changing the archive date will prompt all users of OnTime desktop applications to rebuild their data file the next time they launch an OnTime desktop application.
