"The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine" is a message you may receive when trying to import or export information from OnTime to Microsoft Office. This may occur if you are using a 32-bit version of Microsoft Office on a 64-bit version of Windows.
 
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. From within OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch, select the Data tab and click the button labeled Import Data.
  2. When prompted to install the Microsoft Data Access Components, click the button labeled Advanced.

  3. Click Repair 32-bit Office.
