"The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine" is a message you may receive when trying to import or export information from OnTime to Microsoft Office. This may occur if you are using a 32-bit version of Microsoft Office on a 64-bit version of Windows.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- From within OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch, select the Data tab and click the button labeled Import Data.
- When prompted to install the Microsoft Data Access Components, click the button labeled Advanced.
- Click Repair 32-bit Office.
