How to Change the Order in Which Dimensions Are Displayed in Order Entry

The standard format of dimensions varies from courier to courier, and OnTime allows users to switch between:
  • Height x Width x Length
  • Length x Width x Height
This option can be changed within the General Options of OnTime Management Suite in the Order Entry section. 
Navigate to the Home tab of OnTime Management Suite and click into General Options. Select Order Entry from the drop-down list. In the window that appears, scroll down and select your preference using the drop-down list labeled Display dimensions in the following order. Click OK to save the changes and close the window.
This change applies to order entry within both OnTime Dispatch and the OnTime Customer Web Portal.
