When experiencing an issue, submitting diagnostic information is an excellent way for OnTime Customer Support to begin troubleshooting.
To submit diagnostics to OnTime Support, follow the steps provided below:
- In either OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch, click the Help tab.
- Click Submit Diagnostics to OnTime Support.
- If the issue pertains to a report modification, ensure that the box labeled Include report template backup is check.
- Click Submit.
- Be sure to inform OnTime Customer Support after submitting diagnostics to ensure a response.
