How to Submit Diagnostics to OnTime Support

When experiencing an issue, submitting diagnostic information is an excellent way for OnTime Customer Support to begin troubleshooting.
To submit diagnostics to OnTime Support, follow the steps provided below:
  1. In either OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch, click the Help tab.
  2. Click Submit Diagnostics to OnTime Support.
  3. If the issue pertains to a report modification, ensure that the box labeled Include report template backup is check.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Be sure to inform OnTime Customer Support after submitting diagnostics to ensure a response.
