This message can appear if there was a problem processing your credit or debit card payment. Try one of the following solutions:
- Make sure the payment form is filled out correctly:
- Did you select the correct card Type? (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
- Did you enter the correct card number?
- Did you enter the First name, Last Name, Expiration Date, CVV/CID correctly?
- Does the billing address match the address on your bank statement?
- Use a different card for payment.
- Contact your financial institution for further assistance if all the information is entered correctly and you don’t have an alternate card.
