How to Assign a Preferred Pricing Method to a Customer

A customer's preferred pricing method determines the type of pricing that will be selected by default in the Order Entry view of OnTime Dispatch. The preferred pricing method is also the pricing type used in the OnTime Customer Web Portal when calculating price estimates on orders. You can change the preferred pricing method assigned to any customer using the steps outlined below.
  1. Open the OnTime Management Suite and navigate to the Customers view.
  2. Open the customer record that requires a pricing method adjustment.
  3. In the window that appears select the Billing view.
  4. Assign a pricing method using the Preferred pricing method field in this view.
