Follow these steps to manually process a workflow notification:
- Go to the Tracking list and find the desired order from which the notification should be generated.
- Right-click on the order to open the menu and expand Process a Notification by hovering the cursor over it in the menu list.
- Click the name of the workflow notification that you would like to manually process and it will force OnTime to make an attempt at sending the notification.
This is useful for testing or troubleshooting notifications and it can be done as many times as necessary, even if the notification has already been successfully processed.
