How to Reduce the Number of Columns in the Tracking View

The Tracking view contains a number of columns which may not be utilized by all users. Most columns can be hidden from the tracking view, improving performance and presenting a less cluttered view.
Please follow the steps below to adjust the number of columns appearing in the Tracking view:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Click Tracking.
  3. Click Customize Columns located under the Tracking tab along the top ribbon.
  4. Select the columns you would like to hide by unchecking the corresponding boxes.
  5. Click OK to save changes.
