Adding Delivery Signature Image to a Waybill

A delivery signature image can be added to a waybill by adjusting the waybill's template. This can be helpful when a customer requests proof of delivery.
To add the delivery signature image to a waybill, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Select the Tracking view from the left side.
  3. Right-click on an order, select Reports, then Waybill: Preview.
  4. Select Modify from the preview's toolbar.
  5. When the Report Designer opens, locate the Field List window on the right side.
  6. From the Field List window, expand Order and then expand Signature.
  7. Locate the DeliveryImage field and drag and drop it onto the report's detail section.
