A delivery signature image can be added to a waybill by adjusting the waybill's template. This can be helpful when a customer requests proof of delivery.
To add the delivery signature image to a waybill, follow these steps:
- Open OnTime Management Suite.
- Select the Tracking view from the left side.
- Right-click on an order, select Reports, then Waybill: Preview.
- Select Modify from the preview's toolbar.
- When the Report Designer opens, locate the Field List window on the right side.
- From the Field List window, expand Order and then expand Signature.
- Locate the DeliveryImage field and drag and drop it onto the report's detail section.
