How to Change the Number of Orders on the Tracking Page of OnTime Customer Web Portal

By default, the OnTime Customer Web Portal’s tracking page is configured to display the 500 most recent orders. If you would like to change the total number of orders displayed on the tracking page, then follow these steps:
  1. Click the General Options button located in the top ribbon/toolbar under the Home tab in OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Go to the Customer Web Portal Options.
  3. Under the Tracking section, look for the field labeled Maximum number of rows to display and change the number to the new number of rows you would like the tracking page to display.
  4. Click OK to save the changes.
Note that this is a global option that will change the number of orders displayed on the tracking page for all customers who access it through the OnTime Customer Web Portal.
