Modify How Price Set Schedules are Applied

Price set schedules are used to control when a price set (or service level) is available for use. By default, the price set schedule applies to the moment the new order is started (also referred to as "current date and time"). This can be adjusted to apply to the collection date/time or delivery date/time.

To adjust how the price set schedule is applied, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite
  2. Select General Options from the Home tab
  3. Choose Order Entry 
  4. From the Apply price set schedule to drop down, select either Current Date and Time, Collection Date and Time, or Delivery Date and Time. 
  5. Press OK to save changes.
