What To Expect on Your Bill

Your First Invoice

You can expect to see the following items on your first invoice, which is generated and paid for when you sign up for OnTime.

Current Month's Subscription Fee (Prorated)

A prorated amount of the current calendar month's monthly minimum associated with the account's subscription plan.

Next Month's Subscription Fee (Full Month)

The first full calendar month of the monthly minimum associated with the account's subscription plan.

Account Activation

An account activation charge if paying month to month. The activation fee is waived when paying for one year in advance.

Subsequent Monthly Invoices

Your first invoice covers service for parts of two months. After that, invoices are generated each month on the first day of the month. As an established customer, here is what you can expect to see on monthly invoices.

One Month of Service

The current calendar month's monthly minimum associated with your account's subscription plan. This fee covers your use of OnTime for the current month and is often viewed as a charge in advance.

The Previous Month's Overage Charges

Any activity charges beyond the monthly minimum from the previous month. This fee includes charges incurred during the previous month from the number of shipments in excess of the number included in the account's subscription plan.

Any Additional Services Used

Any optional services that were used throughout the month. This fee covers additional charged incurred during the previous month from added paid services, such API usage.

 

If AutoPay is enabled, the credit or debit card you have on file with Vesigo Studios is charged the first day of each calendar month. Billing cycles for all OnTime accounts are one calendar month in duration and start on the first day of each month.

OnTime 360 has allowed us growth that would have been otherwise impossible. The ability to pay based on volume, use any cell provider and not have to host locally allowed us to get a powerful software package that would have been otherwise cost prohibitive for a small company. Over the years since we've been able to grow many times over, surpassing all other companies in our market who had been in place much longer.
