How to Adjust Your Subscription Level

OnTime currently offers three subscription levels, each with a specific set of features that will benefit your business. Upgrading (or downgrading) is easy and can be done without contract extensions or fees. Follow the directions below to change your subscription.

Step 2: Submit a Change Request

Adjust Your Subscription Using a Web Browser

  1. Visit the My Account portal.
  2. Log in using the same credentials you would use to log in to OnTime Management Suite.
  3. Once logged in, click Upgrade my subscription or Downgrade my subscription.
  4. Choose the desired subscription plan.
  5. Click the Upgrade/Downgrade My Subscription button to complete the process.

For billing purposes, we generally allow you to make these changes once a month; however, if you require that changes take effect immediately, please contact us and we can accelerate your request.

When we were doing 300 stops a day and I was using QuickBooks for billing I would spend about 50 to 60 hours a month on billing. Now we’re doing over 450 stops a day but thanks to OnTime (which integrates with Quickbooks) last month I did all the billing in about 20 hours. I cannot express how happy that makes me.
