What Is Included With Account Activation?

Start using your investment in OnTime as soon as possible through our streamlined activation process.

First things first: We activate your account on our production servers and network, giving you full access to the features and performance available in your account’s subscription plan. You are also activated within our customer service system to ensure you get first rate attention and support. This is a one-time activation required on all new accounts.

Initial Setup and Onboarding

Get started fast with expert help and direction. Our support representatives will spend up to one hour with you completing the following setup services:

  1. Add your users (up to 3)
  2. Assistance importing a list of customers from a CSV or Excel file
  3. Assistance importing a list of addresses/locations from a CSV or Excel file
  4. Jump start your pricing structure with the setup of one price set and up to 10 price modifiers
  5. Setup and test of one automated notification, either SMS text message or email
  6. Check and set your company settings
  7. Test the entry of an order, setting it to completed, and creation of an invoice
