OnTime provides an extension that allows you to easily export your invoices from OnTime to Xero. (Do you use QuickBooks or a different accounting software? We've got you covered!)
As soon as your driver marks an order as complete, it enters your billing tab as an unbilled order. Simply select the orders you'd like to add to an invoice, create an invoice, and right click -> "Post to Xero" and you're set! All billing details are automatically included on the invoice, and if you'd like to add additional details, you're welcome to customize your invoice.
