Start Optimizing

OnTime premium route optimization services are purchased in advance as credits. Each credit will optimize a single list of driver assignments. To purchase a block of optimization credits, simply use a credit or debit card and input the estimated number of optimizations that you will need. You can refill your balance at any time. Here's how:

Purchase Route Optimization Credits Using a Web Browser

  1. Visit the My Account portal.
  2. Log in using the same credentials you would use to log in to OnTime Management Suite.
  3. Once logged in, click Purchase route optimization credits.
  4. Select the number of route optimization credits you would like to purchase and then click the Purchase Route Optimization Credits button.
  5. Enter in your payment information and click the Make Payment button.
  6. Your route optimization credits will be immediately available for use.

Purchase Route Optimization Credits Using OnTime Management Suite

  1. Sign in to OnTime Management Suite, select the Account tab, and choose Account Center.
  2. Select the Route Optimization section.
  3. Click the "Purchase route optimization credits now..." link.
  4. Select the number of route optimization credits you would like to purchase and then click the OK button.
  5. Enter in your payment information and click the Submit Payment Now button.
  6. Your route optimization credits will be immediately available for use.
